Each of the guest rooms at the Black Walnut Bed and Breakfast offer the following amenities:

• Full Breakfast

The price is for single or double occupancy, and includes a full cooked breakfast. Tax is additional (11%).

Our Accommodations:

The Blue Moon Suite: The Blue Moon Suite is our most spacious and luxurious accommodation and features a King bed master bedroom appointed with period antiques and a skylight to gaze at the moon & stars, a separate cozy office, and an oversized private bathroom with opening skylight. $159 per night.

The Keuka Room: Named for the nearby Finger Lake noteworthy for its scenic views, the Keuka Room features a vintage full size bed. This cheerful room is appointed with period antiques and a skylight above the bed to gaze at the stars. Newly updated private bath (with shower in main room). $119 per night.

The Sunflower Suite: Named for the tall flowers that follow the sun, the Sunflower Suite is a warm welcoming suite with a Queen bed in the master, a separate cozy den with an HDTV/DVD combo and a comfortable full size sofa bed, and a newly renovated private bath (across hall). $139 per night for one or two guests. $25 each additional guest, up to a maximum of 3.

The Owasco Room: Named for nearby Owasco Lake, home of Fillmore Glen State Park, the Owasco Room is a sunny, pleasant room with a Queen bed, period antiques, 2 large skylights, and a spacious newly updated private bath with an extra large shower. $139 per night. Note: In the event we are unable to accommodate you, try www.stayfingerlakes.com for a place to stay in the Finger Lakes.

Policies:

• Check in time is between 3pm and 7pm. Later arrivals can be arranged with advance notice.
• Check out time is 11am.
• No pets please. Please enjoy our terrier Willy and outdoor cat Izmir during your stay.
• Smoking outside in designated area only.
• Guests 14 and older are welcome.
• Visa and Mastercard accepted.

Reservations:

• A prepayment of one night’s stay will confirm your reservation.
• The remaining balance is due upon arrival.
• Published rates may vary for special events.

Cancellations:

• Cancellations of 10 days or more will be fully refunded, minus a $25 transaction fee. (120 days for special events).
• Should it be necessary to depart earlier than the reserved check-out date, or change your reservation in any way 10 days or less prior to check-in, you will be financially responsibly for the full amount of the intended stay unless we are able to rebook all nights. This policy is vital to the operation of a small bed & breakast; we appreciate your understanding.
• The Black Walnut cannot refund due to inclement weather or circumstances beyond our control. Trip insurance is recommended.
